Rescheduling/No-Show Policy: Because Explore4Nights subsidizes the cost of this promotional offer in order to offer it to you at a discounted price, Explore4Nights has instituted this Rescheduling/No-Show Policy.
Your scheduled reservation may be modified. Modifications and cancellations made MORE THAN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE require a $49.00 fee. Modifications and cancellations (including “no-shows”) made FOURTEEN (14) OR FEWER DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED CHECK-IN DATE require a $99.00 fee. Bluegreen reserves the right to charge modification and cancellation fees to the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package unless otherwise agreed. In the event of “no-show” (participants fails to show up on their scheduled check-in date), fee will be charged to the method of payment used to purchase the vacation package and you will forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
Cancellation Policy: Notwithstanding the foregoing or otherwise, you may cancel and request a refund at any time within thirty (30) days following the date that you purchased your vacation package, and the refund amount will be the purchase price of the vacation package less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. If you have used any of the days or nights accompanying this vacation package, you are ineligible to receive a refund. The cancellation must be in writing and mailed to Explore4Nights, Attn: Cancellations, 7730 West Sahara Ave, Suite 103 Las Vegas NV 89117. Any cancellation made more than thirty (30) days after the purchase date will result in forfeiture of your vacation package purchase price. Residents of AR , AZ , LA , MI , NM , OH , PA , VA and WI should refer to the additional inserts regarding your cancellation rights enclosed with your fulfillment materials.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Details of Participation and the rights and obligations of any participant or Sponsor in connection with this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Details of Participation shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Details of Participation shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials or notifications and the terms and conditions of these Details of Participation, these Details of Participation shall prevail, govern and control.
